What does a transaction coordinator actually do?

We manage your file from contract to closing — tracking every deadline, collecting signatures, coordinating with lenders, title, and other agents, and keeping every party updated so nothing falls through the cracks.

How much does it cost?

$400 per closing. Flat fee, no retainers, no subscriptions. Visit the Pricing page for the full breakdown and a calculator to run your own numbers.

What's your Area of Operation?

We currently coordinate transactions in Florida, Missouri, Texas, and California.

How do I get started?

Fill out the intake form — it takes about two minutes. We'll follow up to confirm details and get your first file started.

Will I work with the same coordinator every time?

Every coordinator on our team runs the same playbook, so your experience stays consistent — but we don't guarantee the same individual on every file as the team grows.

What if I already have a transaction coordinator?

No problem. We onboard mid-transaction all the time — just note it on the intake form under "Switching TCs" and we'll pick it up from wherever it stands.

What happens if a deadline is at risk?

You'll hear from us before it becomes a problem. Every file is tracked against its own deadline calendar, and we flag anything that needs your attention early.

How do I hand off a file to you?

Send us the fully executed contract and any relevant documents through the intake form, and we take it from there.
